Janice Gibert : CEO :
Janice is a native Memphian whose dream of opening a senior care company has come to
be an amazing reality. While filling a self satisfaction by working in the travel industry for 23 years, she
realized something was missing. Switching careers in 2006, Janice found her calling making a difference in
the care for the seniors in and around the community of Memphis. As a caregiver for her own aging family
members, Janice quickly understood firsthand the importance of delivering personalized and loving care while
balancing her own household’s needs. With a heart for service and a passion for others, she soon realized
the importance of doing more for everyone. Janice has brought with her a motivation to set the industry
standard for excellent senior care as well as the compassion for each one of her caregivers. She has been
blessed with a wonderful husband, two beautiful children, and is an avid runner and athlete.
Jason Gibert : Director :
Jason was instrumental in the formation of Senior Care Management Solutions in late 2009, but has come on board
full time as Director in December 2010. Most recently Jason was an Account Executive and Sales Professional in
the home building industry for Masco Contractor Services. While at Masco, Jason was one of the top salesmen in
the region. He built and cultivated relationships with contractors and building professionals throughout Memphis
and North Mississippi. In addition, he sat on the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of North
Mississippi where he chaired the Associates Committee, co-chaired the Events Committee, and was a member of the
As a youth, Jason was heavily mentored by his grandparents, Hayley and Marjorie Dandridge. As they got into their
70’s and 80’s, Jason shared in many care giving duties with his mother and sisters. “I think back on my
grandparents daily. They could have used a service like SCMS. It would have been extremely helpful for my mother,
who was juggling work and a family of her own.”
Jason is married to SCMS CEO Janice Gibert. They have two children, Riley and Caroline. He is a graduate of Ole
Miss where he got a B.A. in English and History. He enjoys running, cycling, hiking, camping, reading, playing
with his border collie Roxy, and spending time with family and friends.

Ron Richmond : General Manager :
Ron is an Ohio native that has lived in the Memphis area for over 40 years. He met his wife Cathy, during Memphis in May 30 years ago. Living in Collierville & Germantown over the past 25 years, they have raised 2 young men, Michael and Alan, Alan is a recent graduate of Mississippi State and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Michael is a recent graduate of Collierville High School and is now attending Mississippi State. Ron brings over 30 years of management experience to SCMS. In his free time, Ron enjoys traveling, music, golf, boating at Pickwick Lake and the family dog “Butters”.
Cathy Richmond : Hiring & Retention Manager :
Cathy is a native Memphian who has always been involved in helping others. Cathy spent many years working with pre-school children and was a stay at home mom raising her two sons over the past 25 years. Cathy comes from a large family and has always known the importance of family and caring for others. She has always gone the extra mile, both with family and now with our community’s seniors and caregivers. Cathy joined Senior Care Management Solutions in the winter of 2010 and was responsible for manning the phones afterhours. Since then, she has performed many duties including her current position as the hiring manager in the summer of 2011. Cathy is married to Ron, our General Manager and enjoys spending time with family & friends, both here in the Memphis area as well as at Pickwick.
Becky is a native Tennessean who was born and raised in Memphis. After graduating from the University of Memphis she began her career in education. For eight years she worked in the teaching field while also maintaining a real estate sales position. Becky joined St Peter Villa in 2008 and started up the Home and Community Based Program for seniors in the community. Becky became a regional manager and went on to open up 5 more locations across Tennessee and Georgia. Since age 14 Becky has worked in her family’s restaurant that her uncle opened in 1948. As a child growing up Becky always enjoyed helping take care of her grandmothers by taking them to doctor appointments, helping them around the house, and just spending quality time with them. Becky’s passion for elderly members of her own family and also an elderly neighbor with Alzheimer's disease played a huge part in wanting to help the elderly and disabled population remain in their own home. Becky is married to her husband Frank and they have 3 daughters. She enjoys outdoor activities especially running, spending time with her family, and she also still works at the family restaurant.
Elizabeth is originally from Grenada, MS, and is a graduate of Delta State University in Cleveland, MS. She has called Memphis home since 2007, and has further pursued her passion in outside sales here. From DME sales to pharmaceutical sales and now in home care, Elizabeth has loved and found her niche in sales and marketing services and products that help others. She has seen in her own family the importance of having extra help in order to maintain a sense of normality and wellness for both the family member who is providing the care and the individual receiving the care. She truly believes in, and understands, the importance of providing top notch and quality care for those who truly need it.
Elizabeth is the proud mother of her beautiful little girl, Kendall, and is a worship leader at The Stirring at Hope Church. In her spare time, she enjoys travel, Pilates, music, spending time with friends and anything that involves being with her daughter.
Katie is a Mississippi native that joined Senior Care in October of 2012 as a caregiver. A few days after orientation, she met her first client and best friend. "He says I helped him, but I really think he helped me. I wish it hadn't taken so long for us to find each other!" She now works in the office training caregivers and answers the telephone after the office is closed. She has attended University of Memphis and Universite Catholique de Lille in Lille, France. She is now enrolled in nursing school at Northwest School of Nursing. She enjoys live music, family, and making people smile.
Sherry is a native Memphian. She came out of retirement from sales and office management to manage our front desk position. She loves working in a family oriented company and thinks the love of family is the foundation of Senior Care Management Solutions. She has firsthand experience in knowing the needs of our clients and caregivers because of caring for her own relatives.
Sherry and her husband, Wayne, are blessed with 6 children and 8 grandchildren between them. She says they make her laugh and keep her smiling. In her free time, besides keeping the grandbabies, Sherry loves the beach, boating on Moon Lake and playing with the family dogs, Taffy and Gracie Mae.
