The “Care Plan” can include activities such as painting, games, puzzles or reconnecting with their hobbies. It can include outings if the client is capable both physically and mentally. The “Care Plan” will include weekly menus for the client, which will cut down on grocery cost and time management for the family member doing the shopping. Senior Care Management Solutions will manage the care of your loved one. In addition, this service includes:

Care Manager

Clients needing a Care Manager are those who need “hands-on” assistance with the following:
